Novenco

Novenco is a market leader in the design and construction of complete containerised air handling unit solutions. Novenco Offshore products and services are the result of client requests for external units that are either extremely exposed to the weather or subjected to rough treatment during transport. The walls of the air handling units are a double skin corrugated construction, making them extremely strong and durable.

Containers can be produced to standard ISO dimensions for ease of transport and shipping, or specially designed to suit individual clients requirements. They can be constructed from aluminium, painted mild steel or AISI 316L stainless steel.

The AHU internal components, such as cooling coils, heating coils, electric heater batteries, air filters and motorised fans, are all tried and trusted components used worldwide by Novenco Offshore. These containers are especially well-suited for extreme low temperature conditions for black starts in temperatures down to -40 °C
The piping, instrument and electrical interfaces are generally extended to the external container walls, simplifying site hook-up and installation. It is also possible to install extra accessories such as internal lighting, vibration monitoring, and internal lifting appliances.

The containers are supplied with certified lifting lugs so the complete unit can be moved in a single lift. The containers can be manufactured late in the installation schedule, simplifying the problem of freezing the HVAC design early in the yard's total manufacturing schedule.
